Cochin to Munnar

On arrival at Cochin airport, railway station, or bus stand, our travel executive will welcome you and stay with you throughout the journey. From there, drive towards Munnar, stopping along the way at Cheyyappara and Valara Waterfalls, with tea plantations rolling past on either side as the road climbs into the hills. On arrival, check into your luxury hotel and spend the rest of the evening settling into Munnar's cool, misty air. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02

Munnar sightseeing

135 Km, 3.00 Hrs

After breakfast, spend the whole day exploring Munnar, the honeymooners' favourite hill station. Cover the Flower Garden, Photo Point, Honeybee Tree, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Dam, Eravikulam National Park (Rajamala), Anamudi Hills, and Blossom Park, each one offering its own shade of green against the hills. Return to your hotel by evening. Overnight stay at hotel.

Munnar To Thekkady

After breakfast, check out and drive towards Thekkady, also known as Periyar, where the hills give way to dense forest. Spend the day at the Periyar Tiger Reserve, taking in views of Periyar Lake with a boat ride across its still waters, and an optional jungle safari at your own expense for those chasing a closer look at Kerala's wildlife. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04

Thekkady To Alleppey Houseboat

146 Km, 4 Hrs

After breakfast, check out and drive to Alleppey, the Venice of the East, where a private houseboat waits to become your home for the next 21 hours. Drift past paddy fields, quiet backwater villages, swaying coconut groves, and the wide expanse of Vembanad Lake, with welcome drinks, snacks, lunch, and dinner served on board as the day slows down around you. Overnight stay on the houseboat.

Alleppey To Cochin

70 Km, 2 Hrs

After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and drive to Cochin, the Queen of the Arabian Sea, for a relaxed drop sightseeing tour covering St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, the Chinese Fishing Nets, Mattancherry Palace, the Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace (closed on Fridays), Marine Drive Walkway, and a leisurely Marine Drive boat ride. Our travel executive will drop you at the airport, railway station, or bus stand for your onward journey, as you head home carrying back a slice of God's Own Country with you.
